How to Apply and Exhibition Costs

Companies wishing to participate should send their completed and signed exhibition application forms to ARTIS Expo by 25 August 2012.

For application forms, agreement template and list of documentation that you will need to provide, please see: www.parkzoo.ru go to the Exhibitors section. 

For your convenience documents, application forms and the agreement may be transmitted by fax or scanned and sent by email, likewise all questions may be discussed with the exhibition organizers both before and during the exhibition by fax and email. The sender in each case guarantees the validity of documents transmitted. Originals must subsequently be presented.

Upon receipt of application and requirements, ARTIS Expo will send the following to the applicant:

25% of the cost is payable upon reservation of exhibition space, and the rest according to the payment schedule.

Reserved but unpaid for exhibition space may be given to someone else.

If less space is required after booking, the organiser reserves the right to change the stand position in agreement with the exhibitor.

Exhibition Costs

Registration Fee: 

1.1.Registration Fee: €250 for stands over 6 sq m includes:
   - catalogue entry (see Point 4)
   - your corporate identity logo (twice per 6 sq m of stand)
   - invitation to banquet (2)
   - single sided frieze

   -your information included on the exhibition website, in the exhibition database, personal office (for details see www.parkzoo.msk.ru), opportunity to have your information on the news tape and sent out in bulletins

1.2.Registration fee: €100 for stands of 6 sq m includes:
    - catalogue entry (cost of advertising entries not covered by fee)
    - your corporate identity logo (twice per 6 sq m of stand)
    - single sided frieze

  - your information included on the exhibition website, in the exhibition database, personal office (for details see www.parkzoo.msk.ru), opportunity to have your information on the news tape and sent out in bulletins.

      Exhibition Space Prices: 

2.1 Unfurnished (basic price) €140 per 1 sq m

     -   available only for stands measuring over 36 sq m 

     -   for stands being assembled not by Sokolniki Expo Centre, the assembly contractor must be accredited with Sokolniki Expo Centre , for information please refer to  www.sokolniki.com

2.2 Furnished area €200 per sq m  

     -  when booking furnished space, you must include a plan of the exhibition module with a list of furniture (tables, chairs, display windows and so on – Form 2). For stands measuring more than 24 sq m you can choose the colour of the carpet;

     -  standard format is available for stands over 36 sq m and is individually agreed.

    The cost of furnished exhibition space includes:

 Additional Costs Related to Position of Stand:  

 Corner stand (open on 2 sides)             basic price +20% (not less than 12 sq m)

 End stand (open on 3 sides)                  basic price +15% (not less than 18 sq m)

 Island stand (оpen on 4 sides)                basic price +10%  (not less than 36 sq m)

 Discounts:

   Stands measuring from 24 sq m – 10% off cost  of occupied space;

   Stands measuring from 48 sq m – 15% off cost  of occupied space;

   Stands measuring from 80 sq m – 20% off cost of occupied space;

Additional Discounts:

        - 10%  off overall cost if payment made before 01.04.2012

        - 5% off overall cost if payment made 01.06.2012

Services are not subject to VAT

  Additional Services

For additional payment the following services are available:

• VIP parking permit at Sokolniki Expo Centre;                      
• additional invitation to banquet;
• suspension of special hangers, banners, posters, balloons and so on from the ceiling construction within the pavilions (only with agreement of Sokolniki Expo Centre);
• supplementary electrical equipment, linking up to the water supply, additional services and accessories for creation of exhibition stand;

 Additional services will be billed separately.

Bookings for additional services received after 25 August 2012 will be categorised as last minute and will charged at an additional 50% above the original cost. Bookings for additional services received after 10 September 2011 will be charged at double the original cost. Charges for electrical equipment, water supply, additional charges and accessories are shown in Form 3 below.

 Catalogue

The official exhibition catalogue in A5 format will be ready by the opening of the exhibition. The catalogue contains short information about each exhibitor, including colored logo. It is in Russian and English. Material for publication to be provided by participants.  Up to 30 words in each language. Participants may place their advertisements in the official catalogue as well as information on new products in the “New Arrivals’ Parade” section. For this purpose originals of publicity material must be provided. Companies not exhibiting may also have their information published in the official exhibition catalogue. Please supply all necessary information with your application.

 Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitors have the right to badges (free of charge) for their employees and service personnel working at the exhibition at the rate of two badges per 6 sq m of exhibition space occupied by the exhibitor.

During assembly, arrival and disassembly, exhibitors’ vehicles may enter the Sokolniki Expo Centre’s grounds for no charge by displaying the official exhibitor’s badge.During the working time of the exhibition, exhibitors’ vehicles may use the Sokolniki Expo Centre’s free parking by displaying the official exhibitor’s badge.

Exhibitors may apply separately for a pass to the Sokolniki Expo Centre’s VIP parking zone.  The number of passes is limited, one pass costs €65 (valid throughout exhibition duration). Passes should be ordered separately.
